How to Index my URL on a Site That I Don't Own?

I published an article couple days ago on a major site, kind of like Facebook. I optimized it for SEO and now I want to get that pages indexed as fast as possible. To submit a page for Google to be indexed people use Google Search Console, but GSC cannot work because I don't own the site.

How do I index a page on a site that I don't own?
What is a service (Free/ Paid) that I can use to index URL in sites that I don't own?

- try a free trial at various indexing services;
- drive some social signals to that URL (facebook share, retweets, pinterest pins);
- put it in guestbooks like this one https://arrowmania.tripod.com/guestbook.html
- blast some blog comments to that URL;

Which indexing service you would recommend? I want something that is guaranteed to index my page!

Create some comment backlinks, it is the fastest and cheapest way to index your backlinks for the money site if they are not getting indexed automatically in 10 to 25 days.

Best method is build some tier back links.

none of them is guaranteed to index your page. That's why I advised you to try many indexing services

Most websites that need special and external influence to get your links indexed do no really worth your time. If it's really high quality Google should index it really fast without your influence

have you checked to see if the page is not marked as "no-index"?

Get some comment backlinks on url. It will be indexed in 2 days if the backlinks are not spammy.

It all depends on the quality of the site, the text, and so on.

Actually, if a popular website like Facebook as you said, then the site will post will probably be crawled on the same day and the likelihood of indexing is high, maybe between 2-3 days.

Also, you may want to share the post on social bookmarking websites like Pinterest, and oh Twitter is a good platform to get your post index quickly
