How to Index High DA Profile Backlinks

What are the most effective ways to index Profile Links on Google? I have created some high DA do-follow links 15 days back but only none of them is indexed naturally. I dont want to submit them to google.

Your suggestions are welcomed

There are several indexers available, check out the marketplace. Some have stopped working but others are still out there.
