Buddy, you on BHW where people every single day write about "how-to", just do some research.
Follow steps, don't build crappy links, product quality content, don't try to sell on day 1 with some sus affiliate links, etc...

SEO is something very slow and requires you to be patient.
I would recommend you to learn SEO Stuff and do your best on daily basis. And than you will get results over the long run.

I see, your domain name is just 10 days old?

We dont suggest you to start link building immediately.

Take 1 to 2 months, within that time you can post some content regularly. Maybe 5 contents per week enough.

Then start some social media share and engagement. Then initiate link building.

There are lots of scam websites, don't go with them. It should be the authority and high traffic websites.

Also, building quality links from relevant sites.

Optimize your on page including title tag, meta data, etc.
Use quality images and alt text for those images wisely.

My website is 1.5 months old and according to Ahrefs, its DR is 0.7 and I'm totally okay with that. Don't give that much shit about these numbers pal. Healthy growth of search queries, impressions, and clicks (GSC metrics) are what you should be relying on.

Artificially increasing ahrefs metrics (which will, most likely, be reached by building an unnatural amount of backlinks) might possibly harm your overall performance.
 
A 10 days old website rating increase only when you add content at your website and also share that content at major social media sites like facebook and twitter. When you start getting traffic from social media sites your website rating automatically increase. Try to get good quality high DA based backlinks from other high DA based websites.
