go to ahrefs content explorer
put filters dr lower than 10 or 20 and sort results by search traffic
you will get low competition keywords with high search traffic
a few of those pages will bring you extra 5-10 k monthly traffic as per ahrefs. and you can sell your guest posts for more
If that's what you are looking for

What I can suggest is to try to find some resource pages on niche relevant sites and try to add your guest post.

If you run a website that features mostly guest posts, I suggest that you specialize.

A little bit of specialization goes a long way.

When you specialize, you increase the chances of finding specialized groups on Facebook groups as well as on other social media networks.

When you impose a high-quality standard on the guest posts that you are publishing, you will be able to draw a lot more traffic from social media sources.

This also increases the chance that people would actually be interested in signing up for your newsletter.

I really believe that running a guest post website is one of the best ways to save on content, but you have to be disciplined.

That's right!

You have to put in the time and effort to screen each and every guest post offer you get.

You can't just publish junk.

You have to publish stuff that your target audience members are truly interested in.

How would you know?

Well, you can do things through trial and error.

Or, you can simply do what I do, which is to reverse-engineer your competition.

No matter how you do it, make sure you serve the interests of the audience that you want to build around your site.

That's how you create a real, organic community around your content.

And, believe me, if you really want to make money from blogging, especially if you run a guest post blog, you have to build the community because these are the types of people that will join your mailing list.

And if they like an update that you send, either next week or two years from now, they might click on that ad link.

And if they click on that link, there's a chance that you will make money.

Now, if you have thousands upon thousands of people on your list, this translates to quite a bit of cash every single week.

How can I increase keywords ranking and traffic on my guest post website?
Targeted Exposure
For any business to make quick sales online, it first has to create awareness and let the world know of its existence. Just because you have set up a website is no guarantee that you will automatically get traffic and sales leads. It is your job to take the initiative, which means going out there and telling your target audience about your existence and your ability of providing them with what they need

Quality Traffic
One of the biggest perks of guest posting is the quality of traffic that it sends to your website. While other marketing techniques such as social media and SEO can also aid you in getting traffic, they aren't able to provide you the most relevant visitors. Traffic alone is of no use to you. A business wishes to create traffic channels that can send you highly relevant visitors who belong to your target audience and are genuinely interested in what you can offer.

Inbound Links
When you write a guest post for a website or blog, you are allowed to submit a bio or your social media profile URLs for being published at the end of the post. These links can boost organic search rankings and drive referral traffic, which leads to better search visibility for your website. This provides you with the traffic and audience you are after. Providing high quality content is essential as guest posting provides inbound links.

Social Media Growth
Along with links to websites, links to social media profiles can aid you in improving visibility and online presence of the business. If a reader likes your guest post, they are more likely to follow you on Facebook or Twitter to see what other content you are publishing on your website and other places. This again will lead them to your website and give you the traffic and sales leads you need.

Networking
Beside content sharing and promotion, guest post also drive conversation on social media, which leads to great networking opportunities. When you connect with your potential audience, you are leaving a positive impression on them and this can lead to repeat traffic for your website. They will recommend your products and services to others, which can help you in getting referral traffic to your website. Also, you are able to develop a rapport with them and other industry individuals, which can be valuable in the long term.

To increase traffic you should write more.

1)Share each new blog post across your social media networks, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+ and Pinterest.

2)The titles for your blog posts are almost more important than the content itself. That's because titles help potential readers decide whether they should click and read more.

3)Decide who your target audience is, what they want to read and what specific messages you want to convey.

4) photos in blog posts boost readership. Not only does a photo make the post more visually appealing, but you can also include keywords in the Alt Image tag on the photo, boosting search engine optimization (SEO) for your site.

5)Speaking of SEO, keywords are at the heart of SEO.

6)When you mention another company’s product or service in a blog post, include a link to that company’s page. Not only does Google like to see outbound links on your site, the company you mention may also notice your post and link back to you.

7)At the top and bottom of your blog posts, make sure you include social sharing buttons for Twitter, LinkedIn and the other major social networks.

8)When others write for your blog, you add more content that you didn’t have to write yourself. As a bonus, those contributors will also share with their networks and may ask you to write for them, opening up new readership avenues for you.

9)Google owns YouTube, which is one of the many reasons that videos can drive more traffic to your site.

10)Locate other blogs that reach your target audience, and offer to contribute guest blog posts.
