Publish informational content on blogs it drives unique visitors to your website, it helps to increase the Alexa rank. Good luck

Get register on alexa and install browser alexa chrome extension. Install this extension on maximum system where your website access frequently, also run some paid campaign like facebook & adwords to drive traffic and after that you can see the good improvement in Alexa ranking.
But, honestly i would not recommend to check the alexa ranking, use google tools for real traffic & analysis.
