How to increase the CTR for lospollos dating smartlink?

on twitter i get around 100 uniQue clicks per 1000 impressions, so i get around 30 clicks an hour and 3 to 5 inside clicks (CTR

so what should i do to make people wanna sign up? any ideas?

Hard to tell without seeing an example but one thing I always suggest is cleaning up the profile and trying to make it look a bit more legit. Better profile pic, cover photo, bio and so on.
Otherwise it might just be a matter of when and where you're posting the links
