Hi;

İ have niche website and created in march.. there are almost 70 article.. i don't start to link building because i don't know influentially how to :l

Is there any seo expert that give me some advices

Simply email other bloggers in your niche (the ones who are ranking for similar terms as you) and compel them to allow you to release an article on their website, with a link to your site. It helps to have a good email copy. They get a lot of requests, so if your email looks spammy, they will probably ignore it.
Anyways, most people will ignore you, many will ask you for money, and a few will let you guest post for free.
Once an agreement is made, then you send them content, with a link to your site embedded within it.

Try to link mostly with brand terms, raw urls, generic words, etc.
You shouldn't use your keyword very often when creating links, and almost never use the exact keyword.
It's also important to vary the link text each time you link to your site.

There are loads of link building threads on BHW. Basically you cand find everything you need here, including people who can sell you links ;)

It's hard to put all that knowledge in one post, so start reading.

Actually the best way is to find other bloggers with the same niche as yours, and you can start talking to them.
You can also look for some communities: Facebook Groups, Forums...
Find other bloggers who need also backlinks, contact them and you may get a response or you may not.
Remember to keep it clean and professional, you'll get some responses for sure.

But don't let your expectations too high, you may get 1 response of 100. Just don't stop !
 
I'd say go for guest posts, gives a big impact right out of the gates and it will cost a bit of money as well
 
As above. Guest Post For Sure. But you need to make diversification. Put a lot of effort into contextual link building. Beside the guest post - also topical blog comments or some good edu gov links.
 
Basically build some quality links and social signals to your website
1) Build some high quality links to your website
2) Build some Tier-2 links to those high quality links to increase their page authority.
3) Focus on anchor texts and keep checking what your competitors are doing.

To start with do a good keyword research. Create the page in such a way that it focus mainly on your target keywords. Try giving contents that are of good quality and also interesting which in turn ll increase the traffic due to which ranking will be improving. Backlinkings also will help u out in this.

did you got any visitors, its been 9 months there should be some organic visitors otherwise you're doing something wrong.
 
Find your niche related websites, sort out those websites which are quality. And try to contact them.
Guest post related to your niche is good option.
Have diversity in links.
Having quality content which will further help you to get links naturally.
