    Hello all,

I've been dropshipping from Amazon to eBay for about a year now and had around $xxx, xxx income during 2013 (which was only for 8 months of the year) and I learned a ton. I'm a top rated seller and have huge selling limits thanks to things I learned on this forum.

Many people think you can't dropship from Amazon to eBay, but no one ever tries it for themselves. They just claim that eBay will ban you or Amazon will ban you but I'm living proof that it's entirely untrue. What else do they say? They say that you will get bad feedback... well I have 100% Positive feedback of over 1000 transactions that proves otherwise.

Out of everything I've accomplished and learned, I've decided I want to improve what I'm doing. I kind of left this method on auto-pilot, keeping under 100 items listed at a time and focusing on college, but I want to increase my efficiency... The obvious choice is to scale up and list more items, but before I do that I want to increase my ROI on each item.

Lately I have raised the amount I sell my items for to see if they will still sell but net me more profit per item, but I feel like there are additional things I can do.

If you have experience doing what I'm doing or have experience with eBay, let me know what some things are that can help to profit more on each item.

    Thanks in advance!

wow thats awesome. What do you do just find items that are cheaper on Amazon then eBay and then just create a listing on eBay?

What if the item is sold out, by the time you sell it?

Rarely happens if you know your items well and you just refund the buyer.

For popular items maybe, but everything sells on eBay. I know how to find items that I can make a profit on even after eBay fees.

Actually found an item which is $15 cheaper on amazon. Going to try it out.

But if you can teach me how to search those items that would be great

Hey mate, that's an awesome method and I think you may have revealed a little too much about what you do. You could try setting up an e-commerce website and list your items on that, as well as email and take the ebay costs off the item, making it cheaper on your site. Then you could put a small logo at the bottom of each listing. People will naturally want to compare prices and when they find it cheaper on your website they will go back there for their next purchase and miss ebay completely.

Thanks, I edited some of the detailed info on the original post. That is a lot of work outside of what I already do so I would only do that if I didn't have a better choice. I just want to improve my efficiency on eBay alone if possible.

I know this is not what you are looking for, but would you mind suggesting any posts or articles that provide good info on the amazon ebay dropship method. I am a student as well and this would be helpful.

Ive seen a similar thread before. One thing someone said is to get a cashback card and buy a bunch of amazon gift cards and save some money doing that. Sorry i don't know where the thread is located but you can try finding it. There was some good information there

Hi, I enjoyed reading your thread.

Contact the sellers directly and ask for their email or try to find their website or contact information, then, ask them to buy directly outside of amazon, so you can save amazon fees, You can also ask them for additional discount as you buy more.
There is another method, although it might be little risky, You can buy Bulk of items that you know for sure they'll sold, then ask the seller to ship by order, so you do the same but pay him a head of the order you get on ebay.

    Best of luck!

    Home Page:
when we dropship to a buyer, and tell the amazon seller to directly ship to that buyer, wont the buyer see a different company name and a completely different price on the invoice? how should that work?
