    Hey Guys,

I'm posting because I'm looking to improve my adwords performance. I'm currently making $10k/M from 1 campaign, but I'm spending just around $8k.

How did I receive a higher quality score?
I've heard of targeting keywords in Ad Groups, etc? Anybody know about this?

Is there a product you reccomend on Adwords.

I really want to bring my costs down and then drop a bunch into this campaign.

Run a search query report and block keywords that would never help with conversions.

To get a higher quality score, the number one factor in calculating that is the clickthrough rate. So write more compelling ads and test it against your current ad. Once you have enough data, keep the one that performs better and test that new ad against another.

People mention to use targeted keywords in different ad groups because it allows you to write a targeted ad to those set of keywords instead of a broad ad for a big ad group.

1:Group your keywords based on the adgroups as others suggest- dont have one huge ad group. Then split test and test and test ads and remove ones that dont perform.
2:Quality score is also dependent on your landing page and its optimisation. Check you on-page seo. I know lot of them dont believe in on-page with adwords but trust me it does help with QS.
3: Use best practices that you find on this forum: exact matches, limit to just search traffic unless you know what you are doing with display network etc
4; Last but not the least, spy on the ads of your competitors and research on the ads that are performing

What niche are we talking about here? The first thing we need to know about is "Keyword research".

You are earning a handsome amount of money with adwords. How about investing in some competitor spying tools like ispionage etc. This will give you an idea about the kind of ads that are performing better than others. Then copy those ads and make them better. This way your ad will be more stand out and you will get higher
ctr heck you can get better conversions.

    Thanks

I would highly recommend hiring someone on for example Odesk for this. If its an English campaign you can hire real good ppl pretty cheap. :)
    Good luck!

One thing that you can do if the campaign even resembles possible local markets is divide the campaigns by states and bid less per clicks
