All my keywords on adwords says "Ads rarely show due to low quality score" Is there any way to improve the quality scores?

yes there are some things you can do:

1) use small/tight ad-groups with relevant (keyword-rich) ads (same keywords in ads as in keywords)
2) bid very HIGH in the first 1-2 weeks... don't start with 1cent clicks! (this is a very important one! you need to have a high ctr in the first week!)
3) landing-page quality is overrated... google's lying there... in my experience it makes only about 10% of the qs - but: the landing page should have the keywords in title/h1
4) you account performed bad in the last weeks/months... better get a new account then...
5) use different ads (2-3) to test the highest ctr

that's about it. try and you'll see it's working!
if you have any more questions just ask me

ad 4. it's very important from my observation, If you have low ctr for few days that affects all campaing new and old one. When you add this same domain, keyword to another account you can get qs 7/10 insteed 3/10.

I strongly agree that all the steps above is essential to achieve a great QS in AdWords.

Base on my opinion, I always keep less than 10 keywords in 1 Ads group so that the ads is written exclusively for the keywords.

The first step may take may be put all your keywords in chunk, make a small grouping for related keywords, and write related ads for your keywords. I always achieve 7-8/10 by just following this step.

After this, you are advice to follow steps suggest by macmastermike.

you get very good (!) CTR if you skip BROAD and just use [EXACT] and "PHRASE" matching.

Very tight adgroups, and i mean VERY VERY tight, negative keywords on campaign level like "free, gratis, scam, rapidshare, torrent" etc..etc..

KW mentioned in AdText, strong call to action.

I disagree with the importance of a landing page, i think it weighs more than 10%, maybe 30%-40%

Lading page needs at least some content, articles, Contact Us, Privacy Policy and Easy navigation.

If it were "only" 10% as you say i could promote "acne cure" on a porn site...but i highly doubt i get 9/10 QS on a site which is NOT related to the ad whatsoever :)

However, overall account performance counts AT LEAST 25%.....as well as performance of domains, eg. i had domains slapped BAD recently again and i had to move many ads to new sites, instant GRAT QS while on the old domains i had POOR. SAME landing page and keywords, just a new domain can make a hell of a difference.

In a broad sense, there are mainly 2 reasons for low quality score - keyword groupings or landing page. Inside your individual ad groups, you can mouse over every keyword to display the keyword analysis window. That's probably where you see your low quality score.

Click on the 'details and recommendations' link in the pop up window. Google will tell whether your low quality score is due to keywords or landing page.

i think many people make the mistake and use broad matching too much,
say, they use a keyword like cheap hosting, no " " and no [ ] which means
that just too many searches trigger cheap hosting, this automatically reducing QS because it can be ANY SEARCH which contains cheap hosting
Really, try out only using phrase/broad, WAY higher CTR and way better QS to start off with.

that being said i want to add that working with AdWords can be EXTREMELY complex and you really, really need to know what you're doing.

Start your bids high, target your ads towards relevant pages, pack your pages full of related keywords, split your keyword lists, create landing pages around your keywords, lower bid. Wola!

I just created my Adwords account this past week.

The first approx. 9 hours or so, everything was normal...then after that, most of the keywords said 'Ads rarly sh0w DO to LO quality scoR' - and it's been like that since.

I'll try the tips mentioned here.
