I am a young inexperienced entrepreneur so some questions I ask may be common knowledge or common sense to some of you so please be patient with me. But in the development of my firm I have some positions I need filled that are more specific then what someone out of college would learn and probably few people actually have experience in the area but how do large corporations and businesses fill these types of positions? How do you get the word out there to let people know you are looking for this type of experience? Do developed businesses reach out through websites (if so which ones), newspaper (im guessing this would be outdated in this day and age). Any input would be appreciated.

    They do all those things.
Do the positions require professional qualifications?
If so look for organisations or websites that cater for those people.
Do people with the skill set you require normally register with professional bodies or associations?
If so, start with a general search on google.
