How to hide referer from Facebook?

Hi. Do you have good solution or script for hide or wipe referer from Facebook? Idon'tt want to change my referer but I need to remove it. Trackers like voluum or clickmeter don't work or remove everything.

If the solution is hosted and you can't add code, you can't do much other than redirect it to your own (self hosted) script.

If you can throw your own code in there, look into the "Referrer-Policy" HTTP Header.
