Hey all. I have this guy, he started a facebook page and got pretty popular, then he added a youtube channel and a blog/website and podcast show. But he seems to be losing steam now rather than gaining it. He wants to focus on getting more exposure or traffic to his youtube account/posts (since its monetized - his reasoning) and I would like to help as well as figure out why he is falling rather than climbing. He posts all day everyday and his content is very good and thought provoking. Sometime anger provoking but still. Good material. I have not encountered a person with this mix before and dont know exactly what to do for him. (I mostly do offline people) Can you please give me a few ideas or your thoughts on what you would do to boost the guys business? Maybe target specific facebook people and get them in a mail loop and send them to his videos via follow up emails? I don't know. But I really want to do this. Please help with any thoughts. I'd really appreciate it.

    G. :)

The youtube/blog/website/podcast shouldn't effect his Facebook or overall performance. It seems to me that your client is spreading his attention between all of these mediums and partially ignoring the one that got him the best results. While it is important to have all of these, you cannot ignore your core audience. What I would do is pick ONE of the above mediums and cross post to facebook. That way the clients core audience is still gaining from his efforts, your telling them that there is another way to connect with him, and he's gaining new followers that will hopefully connect with the Facebook account as well. Eventually you can build up another medium as well. The most important part of all of this is that your are continuously cross-posting and cross-promoting.
