How To Have The CPA Field Without The Banner/Page

    For example if i had an email submit offer.

    How could I have a "enter your email" Here on my page where they click submit and I get paid for the CPA comission.

    well you can iframe the page , with double meta refresh. And with some softwares like web page maker or something like that you can easily make stuff on then (ie. some shapes) so it looks like there is only the box and submit button :)

    Yep, the best way would just to iframe the submit.

    are there any tutorials on how do to this or software that can really easily do this. I just about know enough html to edit pages lol.

    Extract the source code for the form and just paste it on your website.

    there are a few services on here that will do that cakesliceapp.com or GUMP v2, just do a search.

    when you say copy the code from the source file, are we looking for <form.... to ...form>?

    I need to do this too. But i dont have the money at the mo for the software and services on here although they do look very interesting.
