How to harvest forum sites?

How do you harvest forum sites so you can xrumer/use NLB?

I know one way is to use scrapebox and just create a footprint of inurl:register "powered by SMF" for example but that only works if that particular page is indexed. How do you gather ALL the vbulletin/SMF registration pages?
