Okay, I need some help. I'm new to facebook content marketing. I have a health/wellness/fitness blog and have content published to the blog every day. Much of the content is repurposed, or viral type of content or stories from around the web. I'm struggling growing my facebook audience though. I've spent about $150 in facebook ads and boosted posts and have only generated 60 likes so far. I am wanting to get my first 1,000 likes within the next couple months. I have budget. But I want to spend it wisely. So, question...how do I grow my facebook page likes more quickly without buying fake likes?

join relevant groups, then after you make a post to your page share it to those groups, make sure you share high quality stuff and a lot of people will like your page naturally

hi! put a fan page widget on your blog or website, ask fans to post links to nice stories, think about some gifts for most active users. cheers!

So I have a widget that appears after a user scrolls a certain percentage of a post. It prompts them to like the facebook page. That's currently how I've gotten all my likes I believe. I have it set to only show for users who haven't liked the facebook page yet and only once per day.

Is this what you are suggesting?

yes, that's right. now just advertise your blog, then more people see blog posts => more people can move to facebook.

Take a look at what your competitors are doing and re-invent it to suit your audience. Content is the single most important factor in engaging an audience, the rest falls into place if you are consistent.

Improve your talkings and engagement of your Facebook page through the help of sharing some interesting contents about your niche. Do some contests and ask some questions regards your niche to get more interaction and popularity of your page.
Make an interesting video about your niche and share it through your page as well as to share it your relevant groups also, if your video is really impressed then it goes viral and gets your page a massive response.

First of all, you should never buy fake likes -- by default they do not engage with your content and engagement is what Facebook's algorithm looks at when deciding to how many fans to show your post. So, the lower the initial engagement, the fewer people will see your post.

As per using ads to get likes, the only way is to test multiple ads until you start learning what works and what doesn't. Just make sure you only create ads with content that is directly related to your niche -- otherwise you will be getting fans who may not be interested in your content and they will not be engaging.
