If you do stop an ad make sure that you create an entirely new ad and don't just restart the ad again later. Stopping an ad completely messes up the algorithm so it's safest to go ahead and create a duplicate ad.
I have actually wondered about that in the past. I have had ads that do phenomenal, then I switch tactics for a new promo, and later come back to the old ad and start running it again only to achieve garbage.

This last week I was excited to start on a second dropshipping store. Im still getting ahead of myself though because i dont even have any ads running for my first dropship store. So I have this first inhome business thats getting off to a great start and ive finally been able to run another ad for the store that seems like its working. So lets see how that goes and ill be doing more ad tests to have at least 2 ads that work well going for the first in home store.

I also want to update you guys on the quality of life changes ive gone through in the last couple weeks since the journey. Well... I was able to afford getting the tires on my car changed! The people who replaced them said they couldnt believe how worn down they were and that i was still able to drive. I still have my truck that needs fixed before i can really drive it. So until i feel comfortable splitting with 700 bucks thats not getting fixed yet. Ive had a bit more fast food since the journey. Now that i know i get some sales every single day i dont feel so bad about getting a drive through salad(burger) every now and then. Im still in my 2 br apartment, but now that ive made over 1000 bucks for the last couple months on this new journey I meet the passive income requirements for a home loan. I just need to get all my income and expense reports and tax info in order before applying for the mortgage. I want to get a home thats around 77k so i can keep the mortgage low. Im not trying to live in a mansion yet, I really just want to be comfortable on a small plot of land with a home thats affordable. Im only 24 but i think i can be set for a minimalistic "never work for another person in my life" lifestyle within the next few years. Its all looking up from here

Keep up the hard work! One of my side businesses got hit and I had to drop off from my Shopify stores for about 6 months. I am actually working on rebuilding them and planning to start a journey in the next few weeks as I just finished rebuilding my last business.

Yes, I was averaging over $1k a week selling my services on a site similar to a Fiverr. Which was awesome until the people in charge of that site went another direction and left the site semi functional but mainly broken so sales naturally started tanking. I learned a very valuable lesson of diversifying my income sources and have slowly rebuilt and now get 95% of my clients by word of mouth referrals. I saved up and am getting engaged at the beginning of next month and am now currently saving up to purchase the ability to sell here on BHW sometime in September.

Great returns, is this a big niche or are you in a micro niche?

WOW! Im kind of in disbelief. I have been all week really. You read all of the stories and learn all of the strategies, but nothing really prepares you for this. This feeling of crazy. I feel like im insane. Week 3 went extremely well. This was my third real go at getting an ad on facebook going and this one hit well. I've made one thousand and fourteen dollars this week. This is more money made in a single week for me than any other single week in my life. overall this breaks down to $202.16 a day. I can call it. Crack a cold one boys, we did it!

Even though this week statistically I made 200 a day, I dont really feel "There" yet. Its actually been hell to get to this point. Even though this week I made more than any other week, this weekend was also one of the brokest weekends of my life. I had -$3 in my bank. Thats negative 3 dollars. Waiting all weekend for that bank transfer today was hell. I honestly think that happened just to show me the last broke weekend of my life *knock on wood*
Now I have a cool 775 after making some purchases, and hundreds more every day transferring in. The real work starts now. I have never felt so motivated to keep going.

Now what from here? Well. I need to scale this ad. So I duplicated it and now am spending $20 a day to make 200. Do you guys have any advice for me from here? I think I know what to keep doing but if any of you know something I may be missing out on. Im going to increase my budget this week to 30 a day. Would you do something more aggressive?

Im going to keep pushing from here. Im not really going to change or do much else different for a couple of months. I want to push what I have going and save money for the next couple months. I want to just grind this out. I have 775 in checkings and 5 bucks in savings. At the end of the next 2 months I want to make sure my savings says $5000. After this happens Im going to get the paperwork together and get me and my wife out of this apartment and into our first home. From there I plan to expand this business even further, get my wife out of her job, and make more business happen. What a world guys. I feel pretty lucky and happy today.

Very insteresting in your journey.
What kind of your store? its niche or general store?
Im in the same boat with you. I made about 40k in affiliate with my partner, but now our method is gone. I have started my dropshiping store now.
My plan is when my store go to success i will buy product in bulk and then open a warehouse in US.
Hope to learn many things from you.

Mortgage for house is okay since house is asset but don't buy depreciating asset such as brand new car

niche. 1 customizable product. 40k is more than anything ive made on my own. Id say I have a lot to learn from you as well. Great idea with the bulk. a couple months ago i remember having 50 products wondering how the hell i was going to sell them. now im selling 30+ a day. Im just beginning my bulking stage right now. Its a fun one!

Amazing journey man. It's really motivating for someone like me to read this. It's great that you are getting your life in order and are seeing progress towards your ultimate goals.

I had a dropshipping store that failed. I think the niche was no good (not a trending niche). The only other money that I've made online was from article writing, but that is a grind in itself and doesn't quite pay dividends for the amount of work and effort I put into it. I want to try another dropshipping store but I am a little intimidated now after losing some money and many hours of work last time.

May I ask how you came up with the idea of creating your own products? How did you know they would sell? Also, how much time and money do you spend shipping each ordered product out to different addresses everyday?

Thanks for all your help. Like I said, your journey is really motivating.

Congrats on the journey.

Can I ask what you changed in your ads to take the cost down fro 50c to 7c? Was it the CTA, images, the target, or something else?

Im so glad that my story is a motivator for you. that motivates me in turn!
I came up with my product idea the same way a lot of inventors do. I had a problem in my real life that I didnt want to have anymore and I sold the product that I didnt have so I would always have it on hand. That would be my advice for picking something. Something you cant live without or something to compliment a product most people already have.
When I started I didnt know how well they would sell. I wanted to sell 5 for 5 bucks when I began. (This was back in february when it was just an idea) I thought since it seemed like a great deal that they would sell like hotcakes, well... the first couple months (April, May) I had hardly sold anything. Maybe I made 50 bucks. I was giving more items away than I was selling and it was not good. From there I learned that you cant polish a turd and sell it to people for value. So I upped the quality of my product and sell 1 for 5. This went completely against my original business model, and it worked.

I can handle 40 orders in a few hours of grinding. At most 150 orders per day and im working 12 hours. but 150 orders would be making me $1000 a day. And for 12 hours of work im happy with that. But for now Im at the point of 20 - 35 sales a day. So this $200 a day area is pretty chill in the amount of work. Just mentally it feels like more than it is.

Since february I have spent hundreds of hours scouring the internet for every piece of business info I could for making money and specific ways to rise. Dropshipping had my interest the most and I learned everything about it. I kept learning and researching until I got to the point where NO MATTER what I read on the internet, NO MATTER who I was learning it from, Everything just started all blending together and the pieces of the puzzle fell in place. I began to start making crazy realizations and understanding the internet and business from a much bigger perspective. After that was when I really put the plan into action and stopped learning and started doing. Thats where I am now.

Like everyone else Im still kicking myself for not selling them way earlier in the game. But no, not fidget spinners here. I'd drive my wife crazy if she had to hear me talk about fidget spinners all day. lol
