I've always wondered how one would go about establishing your own CPA Network?

I know you probably need some cash to invest in programming a platform (I've also heard there are free ones out there) but anything of good quality probably requires an investment yes?

Lets say I was able to gather a handful of large publishers and convince them to go to my network, how do I go about getting advertisers?

Any kind of tip, advice, back and forth conversation will probably help.

    Any ideas?

Making the network is easy , having affiliates is the hard part.
You can have 20 advertisers..but how many affiliates to promote?
Most networks are established and have proof of payouts.

I won't promote for "Jims Network" when I know the big timers pay
    and are established.
So...make it Blackhat , make it unique.

Heres a step by step guide:

    1. Go buy Hosting/Domain/Hasoffers Platform
    2. Advertise
    3. ???????
    4. Profit

??????? = if running on hasoffers platform that generally means run with the money, fly by night

Seriously, 2/3 of the networks I joined that ran on hasoffers just randomly "disappeared" The only network that didn't was Pofecker's, obviously

Well, lets just say I get some publishers to promote offers, where do I find advertisers? Obviously I need some really good advertisers to make the publishers come.

I'm pretty sure I can convince them of payouts being on time and all.

Most of them are running directtrack which you pay a licensing cost upfront and a monthly fee for. Then you add the cross-published offers and hopefully bring new advertisers.

Then you need to take care of accounting, fraud control (which is rampant on CPA networks, especially newer ones), covering losses when advertisers don't pay you, taxes, etc. which is really just the tip of the iceberg.

Please do not take this wrong way, but if you didn't know this, you're not ready to do it. Running a CPA network is difficult and you need a lot of experience to do it correctly. Otherwise it just becomes another fly-by-night CPA network with a lifespan of six months. Many come and go because people underestimate dramatically the amount of effort that goes into doing it successfully.

Your main concern is making your Advertisers money not
    your Publishers.
publishers come and go Advertisers depend on you for income.
Once you have Advertisers that trust in your program
it's time to get Publishers to work their azz off to make the
    Advertiser money.
    It's been like this always.
Advertisers control and make the rules and write the checks.

I'm not talking about making publishers money, I know some big publishers, the worry is to find good advertisers that my publishers will want to promote. If they get promoted they'll get a ton of money that's for sure.

Can you tell me more about directtrack?

How do you find honest advertisers that other big CPA networks use?

Also.. regarding someone saying that I'm probably not ready for this... I agree. That is why I'm asking all these questions. When it comes to effort, there's no1 that works harder than I do. Currently work just about 24/7 as a publisher but I'm looking to do bigger business. I understand that there is a lot that goes into accounting and I noticed hasoffers does fraud control?

I'm not afraid to take risk, I want to learn as much as I can that goes into this and I am not looking to make a fly-by-night network. Believe me I won't start anything unless I know everything there is to know about this subject.

Great insights so far, much appreciated.

How much money would be needed to start up a network without running into too many issues?

I think the cards in this game are already taken. If you understand me..
All depends on your niches, payouts, and i think on the promo tools.

Only way to join in as someone said me before, to make it very unique.
