How To Give Employees Access To Business Page Messages And Nothing Else?

    Hey guys,

    my girlfriend operates a hairdressing service and get so pretty much flooded by messages.

    I would like to know how allow employees to answer messages without giving them access to anything else. I went through all the page roles and all of them allows this person to comment posts and see statistics.

    I think, my employees don´t need to see the statistics from our page.

    Is there a way, a separate messenger for example, to give them access to the messages only ?

    Not yet. If you trust the people for answering messages, then you should also trust them for making comments. But of course the thing with statistics is sometimes making troubles.
    Choose only people you can 100% trust.

    There is no ROLE limited only to answering private messages.

    Thanks for your reply mate.

    Well, that´s the point. I don´t have a problem if they are able to comment posts. If they would do it, I would kick them out straight away.

    I just don´t want to let them see my statistics, demography etc. I don´t understand why Facebook doesn´t create such a role for employees.

    Mate, this is why I ask the question here in this forum.

    There is also now way to share in 500 groups with 10 accounts that Facebook offers, but these guys in this forum no tools, ways etc. So this is why I ask for this.
