Hello,

Does anybody know any tactics to make Trustpilot less dominant in my search results? I need a tactic to push them down in the search results, prefer on the second page.

Im already doing that but im trying to avoid people writing on Trustpilot. If its on the second page it will be way less to find.

It's hard to do, since it's a really trusted website, that also gets to be shown in Google's featured snippets..

Don't try to outrank it, you likely won't

We outrank Trustpilot regularly. In order to suppress (that's the word for what you're referring to) the negative website (Trustpilot), you need to have strong positive assets and then build links to them. The strong positive assets could be other review platforms, interviews, review sites, featured sites (Crunchbase for example), or your own personal domains.

Trustpilot has a free feature that allows you to challenge reviews. They will reach out to the reviewer asking for proof they worked with your company. If they don't provide proof, TP will remove the review. Don't challenge good reviews. We can typically get about 25% removed when it's obviously a competitor.

I think that is better to announce or ask your clients to leave a word at trustpilot and be prepared to confirm/approve their review.
During this time work on other resources to get them ranked higher than TP.

As mod said you can chalange bad reviews and get them bad reviews removed.
Believe me they are not your competitors who are posting negative review consistently.
Competitors will give up after some time.
Problem happens if you have pissed of a lot people biggly or did not refund or your wasted a lot peoples time.
Remember, people value 2 things. Time and money.
One tactic I can give you is create a listing with your business name and .net and or .co and or .org and post a lot of positive reviews. Make it stronger than your original business listing on trust pilot so that It will appear higher on trust pilot search then the one with bad reviews.

Negative reviews always in place there. I have never heard they can remove bad reviews. They rather remove positive ones.
Better have more presentation on various sources.
