How to Get the option of "transfer Funds" in Paypal Account

I have Approved Paypal Account with :

1) Approved my Email
2) Approved the USA Number
3) Confirmed USA Bank Account..

Now, I want to transfer Funds from the Confirmed Bank account to my paypal account.. But, I do not see the option of "transfer Funds" in the Wallet Nor the Summary Page..

How can I get it..?
I heard that if i get a transfer of money from someone else from paypal,only then it would work out..? is that so..? or what can I do..?

Looks like Indian account. You can't keep funds in paypal (wallet). They will auto withdraw to your bank. Use debit card/credit card to make purchases with paypal.

No, I made it a US Paypal with USA Number and USA bank..

so, what are the options now
