I have bought an aged domain that has a few natural backlinks. Nothing impressive, like 10 backlinks. The domain was created in 2003. It is a neutral word, the first name and last name of a person, like KevinJohnson.org

I want to rank this for a relatively competitive keyword. what is the least time consuming way of doing this? I was thinking:
tier 1: GSA SER only PR4+ contextual
tier 2: GSA SER low PR contextrual
tier 3: blog comments, guest book, image comment, pingback, trackback

Will this work? Another option is sape, but I have heard sape alone does not work and you need other things.

    any suggestions?
