What you should not do is immediately drop your price. All that does is make you seem untrustworthy and they still won’t do the deal with you because their bullshit detectors will signal to them that you are not to be trusted.

“I understand, Tim. Listen, I don’t normally do this, but we did it with 1 other customer and I can tell that you want to work with us and I feel strongly that we can supercharge your business.
I’m going to talk to my boss quickly, and if he agrees to it, what we can do is drop the price to $799 per month, but in exchange, we ask for a simple video testimonial from you once we rock your results and make you happy. Sound fair enough?”
You see, the beauty of this pitch is that I’m making him think about us potentially getting him results. He also then feels that I'm doing him a favor. Humans, by nature, are reciprocal. If someone does something for you, you feel the need to return the favor. So he’s more likely to agree to the new price and he thinks he’s doing us a favor back. That makes it a fair deal where everyone wins.

I recorded a video of me doing cold emailing. Within a few days of sending out my emails, the follow-up email generated a response from 2 leads.
I've got one that worried about the price so I broke down the SEO services and offered him a different package with less features (another trick) and one scheduled call for tomorrow.
There are more methods in here that might be just as fast or might take longer to get responses from leads.
But you only get out of it what you put in to it. I like setting up follow-up sequences in my emails but I also like following up with people on Facebook and on the phone. It gets me even better results.
