i buy or make ptc sites as cheap as poss then i run them for a few months
they are easy to run

then flip the site but before you do move the good clickers to your downline
and then let them make you money everyday also give yourself an upgrade and fill your account with credits
now you have loads of credits to either promote your next ptc site or some ppc or cpa
