If you paid with credit card you can always file a dispute and try doing a charge back, but I am not sure how quick the reversal is.

Cant you file a dispute in paypal if clickbank is not responding? If not, you might want to contact them again via phone.
Paypal dispute is your best bet. Too bad it's digital goods and not a physical product.
