You could always ask people to buy your gigs in exchange for you buying theirs. But I don't think its done very often.
 
I suppose you could get people to buy it and reimburse them the $5 to gain positive reviews, but why not make sure existing customers are pleased and simply ask them to review you once complete?
 
proving quality service will get you positive ratings...
 
If you wanna get review and positive rating them quality is the first step, then choose 10 to 15 members and give them your gig free of cost and get +ve rating as well as review in return but the guys chosen by you must be reputed there.
 
I guess my first bit of advice would be to stop using someone else's work as your sample piece; Stephen Hough who wrote the piece your using as a sample writes blogs/pieces for quite a few UK newspapers.

Also, looking at your gig description, I dare say any article would need touching up after delivery.

In the meantime, put up as many gigs as you can. If just one makes it to the front page or the first page of a category, it'll give you a boost.
