I figured it out with facebook, twitter and google plus but I can't understand how to get people follow my Linkedin page. I can't invite my friends to follow it or something like that.

I know there's some sort of ads. Also some people told me that I should share my page's link in groups, but that didn't help.

Is there any other solution or does somebody have any working strategy?

    Thank you very much!

    Cheers! ;)

Is it a legit page of yours, your name, etc? No need to answer, it's rhetorical question because the way to promote that and alternative pages is completely different.

With the first you'll go look at real life connections. With the latter you will go to the want to buy section here ;)

But is it possible without buying followers or spamming it? I don't need thousands of uninterested or fake followers. Let them be fewer but good ones.

Yes! Join Groups that are relevant to the niche your targeting, then you can connect with people in same group.

keep sharing interesting news on your page.. lets others get interested to follow your page.. another way is, buying spam followers who are not real users.. but that mostly dont work.

Sharing in facebook in related pages, engaging in FB comments & Google+ will surely help you get more followers. this should be done perfectly.

Well, sharing interesting news doesn't help, because I don't have unique content but I share some articles from other sites. No, I don't want fake followers because I think this is just something to brag with and doesn't seem really useful.
I also believe that when my site will be ready then I'll have much more followers from the 'follow' button on my site.
However - thanks for sharing! :)

but including LinkedIn follow button on your site does somehow help? for example I have over 1k unique visitors per day, is there a chance that 200 of them follow my linked in page?

Join your products and services related groups and then participate on discussions and then help to others for solving problem and then request to follow your business page on LinkedIn. There is no other shortcuts are helpful to increase LinkedIn followers as compared to Facebook, Twitter and Google Plus.

You could follow swap with companies Perhaps we can get a follow swap going on here?
I am happy to follow swap with people here. Alternatively you could buy followers cheaply. The only issue is how suitable they are. 1000 Bangladeshi followers and no other locations wouldn't be idea for a tech co based in California.

Likewise connecting with other individuals you is fairly easy.

For most, LInkedin is a veneer/addition to social proof. Not many people actually monetize Linkedin in its own right.

Buying likes can also be a legitimate tactic for legit cos, I think. Maybe in an ideal world it wouldn't. But in an ideal world, a salesman would tell his customers if his product was the 2nd best out of 100s. Yet understandably he won't.

As an example, Barack Obama bought millions of Twitter follows. I'm sure the Republicans do the same. Now, Obama I'm sure does have millions of fans. But generally, the public isn't as arsed about follows and likes as Web 2.0 industries are.
I mean I didn't have a personal Facebook account, I found the spying of it rather creepy, immoral and downright distasteful. Many people set up fake Fbook accts just so they can nose around and stuff. Ofcourse that causes problems with Twitter's plan to monetize its (fake!) users.

I never actually chose to follow anyone on Linkedin in the past. I mean I'm interested in Richard Branson, Tony Robbins an d a few partner companies/competitors. But TBH, LInkedin followers etc hasn't grown up to be something thats overly useful for most followers. Its more of a credibility builder or even a "dick measurer". Give away something free, or get your marketing department to add a load of followers and you look bigger, more trusted, more credible.

In other words, it could be considered "necessary but not sufficient" to build credibility. Ultimately, its a bit like a fashion accessory. It becomes part of the psychological landscape. If your rival has 1000 (mostly fake/dubious) likes and you only have 35 but legit ones, people will end up wondering. "Why couldn't he be bothered to win more likes" they'll say.
Suddenly your business is being harmed like having a super honest salesman.
Few people will actually sit down and wonder what a like actually means, other than that.

You have to build links to your profile. So they will auto follow
