You don't, become a good citizen and submit all identification documents required. Or find a middleman that is not afraid to do KYC and he sends you the money.

Changelly allows it. But the fee for paypal is like 11%. Paygate also allows it, but also fee like 15%
There's a lot of platforms that allow KYC-Free transactions, but usually the buyer has to do some KYC.
