How to get past the 21 day hold the quickest?

My account is older than 90 days (I think it is 1,5 years old) and still 21 days hold. I am dropshipping, so if my money is not released I always have to invest my own money for buying the product and then wait 3 weeks to get it back, so this is also why selling history is not that great. They will only lift it after a certain number of feedback? But this is BS, then they will never lift it *lol* In 1,5 years only 10 people in total left feedback, ebay is known for buyers rarely leaving feedback.
I really would like to know how to overcome these holds, because once I have immediate access to my funds I can really start through with the account.
Sending SSN and ID to Paypal like stated above is not an option because ebay and paypal are stealth accounts

I replied in the other thread but all you have to do is call PayPal and the holds will be removed

Even with tracking mine take more than a week for payment release.

This has to do with your shipping. It's generally released within (24) 48 hours of your buyer receiving the item

No easy way around 21 day holds. Best thing is priority shipping with tracking. Sell small fast selling items and they will get lifted pretty fast.

The above info is mostly correct - 21 day holds typically are for new accounts and last for the first 90 days you are a seller. However it can also happen on older accounts without much selling activity (as in OP's case). You also need at least 25 transactions and $250 in sales.

You should stay away from eBooks, though. Those listings will get removed eventually (very quickly on new accounts), and you'd need to sell a lot (and put your account at risk) to reach $250 in sales. Just sell things around your house that you don't need. If you have nothing, then go to a dollar store and buy a few cheap things from there.

A lot of people hate 21 day holds, but I think it's a natural guideline of how to build up a new account safely. The first 3 months you should be proceeding carefully and slowly by selling low risk items for the best results. Sales will come easily because people generally won't think twice from buying a cheap item even from someone with little to no feedback, and as the sales increase so will your feedback.

Once the 21 day holds are off for good, then the account would naturally be ready to handle bigger and better things and that's when I start to sell my main items.

To expedite the time in which Paypal holds your funds, you can mark the item as shipped and add a valid tracking number. Once the tracking shows that the item was delivered then your 21 day hold on that particular payment will be decreased to 3 days.

^^^^^^ I couldn't have said it better myself. I have to bump this post as it's 100% accurate in every single way. This is someone who actually has experience with this sort of thing and not a naysayer. ;-) Kudos to you!

I've heard rumors that french ebay accounts don't have a hold on funds due to some sort of law. Most likely france, if not then its some country and I'm sure it exists.

This is an old thread but, i will like to contribute to this topic b/c there might be other people who are searching for useful solution to this problem. Paypal has no standard rules when dealing with issue related 21 days for sales generated on ebay. Your account can be more than 180 days, completed 25-35 transaction without any dispute. They can still apply the security measure if, they suspect any fraud. This is because it always involve two parties (the sender & the reciever ) the reciever who is presumed seller with lot of feedback on ebay can sometimes experience same problem if, paypal suspect that such payment could pose high risk to them. i.e when a buyer with little or no activities on ebay suddenly start's sending a larger sum of money to another seller!

Also, i read on one of this forum that there are ways to bypass the paypal/ebay 21 days hold. And, most of them who knows the secret are selling such guide within the marketplace of that forum. Has any tried this?

Thanks

just google ( ebay millionaire - Bitcointalk forum ) to find out
