Hi guys, I have a page on my site that is now 20 days in sandbox, because i have blast it with sb for 7 days....I moved from position 8 to 543

I like to get out of the sandbox? :banghead:

second question: If I enter (For example) with scrapebox 100/200 blog comments only on pages with PR 3 to 5 directly to my money sites are penalized or favored by the new Google algorithm?

    Thanks

You really want to use buffer sites for a SB or XR blast. You'll live in the sandbox otherwise.

stop building junk right now, and focus on obtaining high pr quality links. if you have a blog, start commenting your own posts and in the "website" field, use authority sites in your niche as backlinks. Once you get out of the sb, resume link spamming again. Repeat if necessary. Works for me everytime.

Make qualtity backlinks to your site from High Page Rank sites , and make make links slowly not blast them on your site .
Then your site wil come back from Sandbox .
