I have seen someone that was posted on it but is not longer there, so I know it can be done. How do you do it? Do you gotta pay the owner or something? That site is pretty harsh lol.

A guy I know was on that site. He wasn't able to get off it. Unless you have a lot of money and are prepared to hire a lawyer, I don't think you can do much. I did read a case where a Fox News Reporter sued the owner of TheDirty for defamation. Obviously, she had enough money to hire a lawyer and such. But for those who don't, I guess they are pretty much screwed.

Regardless, the owner of this site is a piece of sh*t. I'm all for coming up with unique ideas to make money (which is clearly what he's doing), but I personally believe he's picked a horrible way to do it. I honestly would not be surprised if people have ended up suffering from depression due to being put on blast on that site, or even committing suicide eventually.

Ya for sure I agree it shouldnt be allowed. I bet someone will get pissed off enough and take him out. Some of the stuff on there is straight horrible. People should not be able to post stuff like that, at least not anonymously.

Contact some of the people and get them to agree to part in a class action suit against the owner.

I run a reputation management firm and we often get requests to get posts removed from thedirty. It's not easy, but possible legally. It just costs some money in legal fees. We have been able to get a few people off.

I post this all the time. Find and make public the following information:

Website owner's name, address, phone number(s), SSN, vehicle's make/model/year, spouses name, address, phone number, SSN, etc.., name and identifying information of the owners children and where they go to school, owner's parent's name, addresses, phone numbers etc...

Names, addresses, phone numbers, etc... of anyone that the owner has ever had sex with, worked for, had word for him, had any kind of contact with him in any way.

In short, post information about every single person that is in the owner of the website's life, and force each one of them to have an interest in pressuring that owner into removing your (or anyone else's) information from that website (or any other, such as ripoff report, or whatever).

Forgot about the pictures. Christmas pictures, birthday pics, yearbook, mug shots, anything & everything. Even post a porn video that may or may not be the owner, his wife or whoever. Say "whatever" about them. Use whatever "free speech" defense he uses to resist removing your information to resist removing his information. When/if the legal situation gets too difficult, remove the data from your website and have it instantly reappear on another website in a different country, and make the owner have to spend his time (and money) chasing down that information in various international jurisdictions. Post naked pictures of his wife, even if it's not his wife. Add a dick or two, if necessary. A few lies in an ocean of truth makes the lies look just like truth.

Create thousands of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest accounts and have that information on each and every one of them, and force the owner to try to get all of those pages shut-down.

Then, when he finally cracks and removes your information, blackmail him into paying you an additional $10,000 as punishment for having fucked with you in the 1st place.

I've got more ideas, but these are the ones that are most legal, or least illegal, lol... No one is "safe" and no one is invulnerable. What's missing at this point in time is an organized effort to "out" these people using the full extent of available technology and the inability of governments to enforce laws that in many cases do not even exist. Cops have better things to do than mediate he-said, she-said internet pissing contests.

Oh yeah, and finally, with all that identifying information so readily available, it's possible that some other victim (not you) might just show up at his house one evening while he's pulling into the drive way and kill him, right there where he thought he used to be safe. The world is full of crackpots you know. Sometimes the only thing that separates a nutcase and his victim is a small dab of information at the right place and at the right time. I would assume that an owner of such a website would be acutely aware of that simple fact, and his vulnerability and would be willing to do whatever it takes, and spend whatever it takes, to regain the illusion of his anonymity.

Nigel, that's a pretty good idea...lol...but in this case, the owner Nik Richie, probably doesn't care if his reputation is ruined. There is at least 1 negative site out there about him. These type of people usually try their best to hide their real identities. Nik Richie is not his real name, but his real name is public info. But whatever you are suggesting is illegal...it's blackmail and extortion. You can get sued yourself for trying to clear your own name! Not the best option!
