How to get new post at Forum

I have forum about India.
Its new so I want to get some post.

I have never done anything like this at vBulletin ( doing daily at WP but vB is new )

Anyone help me how to do this ?

i think the most common method is scraping sites like Yahoo Answers.

Just outsource it to another country. They charge by the hour. If I remember correctly its around $10 or less an hour.
