I own a legit whitehat channel.

So I own a music promotion channel (and yes, before you ask, my copyright is in check and there are no problems) and I upload producers tracks. Generally the producers are underground and as my channel grows their fanbases will also grow.

However, there's a problem: my views are being "stolen" by my competition.

On my videos, the related videos that pop up on the right side are usually my competitors' or unrelated ones...however when I'm on their videos the related videos on the right are 100% their own and no others.

How can I make it so my own videos show up?

Btw I have around 50% average retention, which is fairly good for a music channel.

Do you optimize your tags and have a lot of shares on social media?

Do you research the tags you put in your videos (Thats what optimizing your tags are). You can get something free like vidIQ and you can see what tags your competitor is using and you can compare your tags.
