You could buy some Adwords credit. It's fairly simple to set up, once you have your keywords done, you just need to play it by ear as you go. See what works, improve on what doesn't.

Bing Ads is another PPC source that won't rob you. Be careful with smaller sites like sitescout.com or BuySellAds, you can go through a lot of money quickly.

Do you have a telephone for customer support? paypercall.yp.com (yellow pages) is a pretty good hookup.

blackhatlinks is an excellent service. I have used it myself with good result. You will of course want to buy the most expensive package only 220 or something like that. Its quicks and its legit. Make sure you do your keyword research correctly and check out your competition.

$700 a month is plenty of cash to ramp up your advertising. I would suggest Facebook ads and reach out to people on social
networks. Since your clients are consumers media buying might be good to. Do a search for forums or other sites and contact them
personally and ask how much they want for media spaces.

If you have 700$ a month to throw at this. Then I would recommend doing plenty of paid adverts through Google, Bing, and Yahoo. They all also have coupons where if you spend a certain amount you get 100$ in ad-credit.

Which is great for your situation. If you want to test out the waters you can with about 300$ I'd say you would definitely make your money back depending on the type of company it is. That 300$, if you use coupons, will be more like $500~ in advertisement. Which is just what you need.

Facebook Adverts, and Twitter as well.

I'd say if you chose this route, you would be happy with your results.
