I've seen that a lot of people were asking here for some advise on how to increase real page likes in facebook so I will share my technique for solving this query.

I'm managing a strategy that works very good for me. However, it depends on how many likes are you willing to get. So, the page I manage gets about 2k-3k Likes per week. It only takes you a little time to work on.

All you should do is constantly posting diferent kind of contests like: ''Here-s the prize (and a photo of the prize, for example a book). The rule of the contest obliges the contestants to like the page and share the photo.

Keep the contest rolling for about 2 days, then start another one, and another one and so on! When you finish a contest just copy the names of the contestants and paste them into a random picker site so you could pick a winner.

I really learned that a small prize can bring you a satisfying page likes number.
You could try it and see if it works well for you.

    Cheers! ;)

You should know that this strategy is against Facebook's Terms of Service.

Example of a prize you are given away. Title says no money, Im guessing you are referring to not purchasing likes.

Or you could just let your friend comment on the contest image, and pick him as the winner.. That way you will not have to invest on the prize.

Kudlajz, buying likes or making them through bots neither is. As I knew, facebook forbids lottery type of contests where money are involved. But how about this one, a lot of people do and it works awesome. However, thank you for preventing me :)
You are absolutely right Jahaz! What about prizes, I gave lots of event tickets I got as a promoter partner, or CD's, or books (even some of my books that I had in 2 exemplars) and so on. Everything you have and could give is good (everything reasonable) :)

No! I excluded this kind of stuff. I always made a print screen with the name of the winner on the random picker site as a proof. Because so I gained my followers trust and they get involved in my contests and share my contest so I gain thousands of shares and about 30k-60k reach in the insights for each contest. :)

I tried this for the event page. Offered a $10 itunes gift card for a page like and share. No likes or shares. Wrong product?

sounds good in theory but presumably you'd need quite a few people liking the page and interested in the competition to start with anyway?

I would not recommend you to use one because it simply kills your insights. Facebook considers it as spam or bot and it simply blocks its reach.

I don't think the product is wrong because it's an awesome one.
Unfortunately I can't say how it works ON the event page for I didn't try using this strategy this way. But I rolled it FOR an event page. I posted a Call To Action message (ex: like and share this event poster / or attend this event) with the event's link attached and it worked awesome. For example, I made this for a recent event, a business conference, and I was giving 2 tickets. As I didn't have much time, I rolled this contest for a little bit more than a day and I got over 400 shares and over 300 likes on the post, and about 500 attending for the event.

i see many people in the last time that are posting all kinds of vids. Vids from Vine and other stuff. I think pictures are now only a side thing, since my private facebook is full of funny videos :D and i personally also prefer short films to watch than a picture to like...

ive got now about 400 likes and 50 of them are real , still getting no likes or shares , have a few comments, thats all. maybe i have a different view for funny things :( :D

anyways , dont stop. and a tip : YES, you CAN queue Pictures Videos and other things INSIDE Facebook ! it's some work but you can !
