I researched deeply on this topic last week, too. And I read a lot of good things about Google's UX design course available on Coursera.
Most people recommended it as the best for absolute beginners.

Udemy, Coursera or other paid course should be enough to start building your UIX. but there is a lot of free staff on YouTube, just choose one and try to repeat everything you see by yourself...Also find some tamplates and try to analize them. Also, when building web apps try to check what is Mobile First and why is it important
