How to get into epn

Hi I have an automotive site that I'm working and I want to get into ebay to have diversity among buying options but I tried to get into the ebay partner network a week or so ago with no response.

ebay are not really interested in having affiliates. They believe they can go it alone. Too bad

I was kicked out of EPN a few years ago for no reason. I still use EPN but I go through Viglink. Viglink takes a 25% cut but it's still better than nothing.
