    Hi !

That?s it, I?d like to know how I could index fast my youtube vids myself ?

Sorry for the newbie question but in fact... I?m a newbie :D hu

Just to let you know, I'm not lazy at all and I don't just ask question without really searching the answer myself before.
The fact is, with all the infos I've found here and there, I don't really understand if I have to ping or spider or ...
whatever my url's, and of course just don't know how to do it !

I don't want to make mistakes and penalize myself :p

I have searched for a tool for doing so but I have only found scripts or similar stuffs which are only for our own domains/sites.

I'm sure BHW is the best place to find answers ;)

    Thank you all ! :)

Never thought about this, nor that it could have any importance; Google owns Youtube and I am pretty sure, everything you upload there will be indexed immediately. I think, if this is not the case, embedding your tube video on a website or better blog which gets crawled after pinging the new content, would do the job pretty fast. A diiferent issue is getting it ranking; in this case basic SEO rules apply; Title, description and KW density play a role. For internal Youtube rankings the amount of views, comments and ratings are the main factors.

Thank you Caroline but in fact it's not about the video in Youtube itself, it's about the url of this video I send on another site to get a backlink.

Example, I send my Youtube URL on multiple Bookmarking sites, so the URL is "hidden" behind the anchor text.
The fact is I outsource the bookmark job, so I'll only have the report of the freelancer, which is the links of the bookmarks.

So my question is, how to index/ping/spider those bookmarks ? :)

    Thank you,

    Phil
