How to get in Demand Studios??

So, i am a 19 year old, English article writer and i have been writing online for 2 years now, but Demand Studios rejected me!! I gave them a great article sample, and gave a pretty decent resume, stating my skills, hobbies/interests and academic results, but they gave me a NO!

Anybody here have experience? What do i need to do to get in??

I was rejected a while back, but re-applied using a different email as well as a different article and was accepted. If you don't get accepted though don't worry you aren't missing anything. The guidelines, rules, and research that they are requiring from writers are certainly not the best conditions for someone that is looking to make some good money via writing.
