How to get huge amounts of Google Keyword data?

Hey i have tones of keywords which i have exported over 100,000+ i want to get the exact keyword figure for each keyword. It will take me a while to do this, with using the google keyword tool. I was wondering if theres a method or program which uses a variety of different proxy's + captcha auto entry, and scans the list then returns the results.

Or any other ways i can do this?

I used winautomation to medium success for this purpose, give it a look.

When the new keyword tool came out I was able to scrape millions of records without a problem. Might want to look into it but I'm sure they've made things a little more difficult by now.
