How to get good/avg link list? And some question about the competition

Well i have strugle recently getting some backlinks, i try to replicate some of the competiton backlinks but that looks like dry source at the moment..

Im looking for blog commets, and links that can be build fast.

Also, im in top #10, i have the best PA/DA and CF/TF stats from all the competitors, but still not going up. Any suggestion to boost my ranking. Also the whole competition is ranked with GSA and some PBN, i have soome GSA and mostly Manual links and about 10PBN links too the page.

You didn't mention anything about Social Media presence, social media backlinks could be pretty decent, quora, facebook, twitter, reddit, stumbleupon, digg, etc , hows the situation with that? Also whats your niche.
