You can use a rewrite/spinner such as WriteAgain - but this puts your harvested content into very poor English. I wouldn't worry about unique content - you want your content on automatic? If your niche is not saturated you'll get to thew top of the search engines as an aggregator for your keywords. Add a few unique articles on there and promote direct to the articles - this will help you -= invest 30 bucks for half a dozen articles written for you.
