Your best shot would be contacting a company that does this kind of things... since it's not even a smartphone, it's gonna be really hard to get something out of it.
And they will have some tools etc.

    3 options:
    1. if the phone powers up, most mobile shops have hardware that can transfer contacts from phone A to phone B via micro usb or w.e ur attachment is.

    2. if the phone is dead completly, you might have to pay to fix it then transfer contacts
if you dont want to fix see 3.

    3. hope your phone auto saves to sim (up to ~255 contacts), try to import from SIM on your new phone

    4. if all else fails, youre fucked.

source: tech support & sales in telecom for years.

edit: if you use an android and logged into your gmail, contacts will transfer automatically
if you use an iphone, try the icloud

I believe this is the only way for extracting data from the storage of the phone , however if you use this way , I think it'll cost you a lot .

Do you have the SIM card the phone worked with ? My old nokia copies all new contacts to the SIM card AND the phone memory.
So there is a chance that the contacts are already on the SIM and you don't have to mess with the phone.
