Been doing a couple of manual comment on Drupal so far I managed to find many PR6 and PR7 URLS without viagra spam. But I'm having trouble on lower PR URLS, especially PR4 sites. I always get this "Your submission has triggered the installed spam filter and will not be accepted." and no matter what I do, change proxies, reword my comment and I got so frustrated I even REMOVED MY LINK because I've already written a long comment because the URL was of my interest, and still! "Your submission has triggered the installed spam filter and will not be accepted." Is show EVEN after I decided to remove my URL.

How about you guys? What do you when that message pops up? Do you move on? To other sites? Or clear your Cache/Cookies??

It is usually due to keywords that are considered spammy in the url or anchor. For example many financial type domain names ive had trouble submitting before. Micallef wrote a good post on how to get around this a while back though. Try and find that as it may be useful.

What is weird is, I see a blog with like 5 comments there some even had a UGG boots anchor text, and they are there... But when I post mine, which is on the exercise niche. I see that cursed message.

I've read that thread of his, I'm doing everything he says with my own twist but still..

I'll try to post here when I get past it somehow, but others share your pointers on how the filter "triggers".

Yes it is annoying sometimes. I will then usually just link to another site or link a web 2 property that includes a bunch of other links i want to get indexed. Good for this.

I want to do that with my Web2.0 blogs, but I had the painful experience of a PR3 blogspot being reported as spam to Google, and it got deleted :(

I made a thread about this a while back. Here's the quote:
