I've been searching for a while on how to get blog post titles listed in the SERP results, but haven't been able to find anything as of yet. Found a lot about how to get indented listings, but nothing on this yet.

The pics below show what I'm talking about -

What you are referring is called sitelinks and you can get more information about them in your webmaster tools account.
You cannot do anything to get these links in SERP results. Google itself decides which links to show as sitelinks in SERP and that too only for trusted domains.
However, you have an option to block some of the sitelinks suggested by Google in your webmaster tools account.

Let me quote from Google Support Forum...

@desinet1 have explained the main principles, I can just add that, if you want to specific post to appear in the results, put more effort in backlinking that posts more than other pages of your website, for example, if it is a wordpress blog and you want "about me" to appear on search results, don't forget to create both outbound and inbound links to it ;)

I do think here is a surefire way of getting a specific blog post or link added to the sitelinks. You could try increasing its exposure on site, for instance putting it in the main nav, building more links to it but that's it. You should also block those links that you do not want to see there.
