Hey guys,

I keep getting banned from google search.

Can someone point me in the right direction to where I get step by step instructions on how to change my ip address...

I'm using Market Samurai for keyword research but keep getting banned by google after a few searches...because I'm trying to research alot of keywords (150) at a time. I get banned 2 times every day...for 5-6 hours each time...it's called a timeout.

I now get banned for trying to research even 100 keyword at a time...if I try to do it back to back...so now I have to wait 15 minutes between each search to lessen the possibility of being banned.

I know absolutely nothing about proxies and ip address changing and not even sure if the solution I'm asking for will fix my google problem.

But I do know it's frustrating to keep getting banned. I'd appreciate any advice.

Cheers...

Search more efficiently. Use terms you really want to search, and others in moderation. Unfortunately I don't know any other tricks to avoid this... Maybe change IP's before it's banned and go back every other day? (Rotate to "load balance" so to speak.)

Using paid proxies would be the best bet I believe. One of the trusted paid proxy providers is:
Code:

I think the shared private proxies should work out fine for you. I think the minimum order is 100 proxies which would cost you $50 per month. Talk to them and see if it is feasible for you to use it.
Cheers!!

If you have a broadband modem, just unplug it. When it resets you will have a new ip. Make sure to clear your cookies.

Look for a comparison of the currently available methods here:

Take a break between each major search pull, as you are getting " timeouts " and not banned infractions because you are being slapped for abusing the resource and google's system is seeing you as a harvester and not doing actual keyword research.

Do a couple of niche searches, ( 2-3 at a time ) and then do something else for about 15-20 minutes, then go back and do it again. You have to break it up. If you are pulling a few thousand keywords per hour, the system is set to think you are scraping keyword data from them.

Shorten your volume of keyword searches and take longer breaks between the sessions and it won't kick you out anymore.

Hope that helps.

I dont use Market Samurai but here are some general thing you can do with any software that scrapes the serps and generally stops that annoying message from Goog

Use a proxy. There are a number of good proxy services TOR, HideMyIP are just two

Set your browser to dump the cookies every time it is closed

If the software does uses it's own browser keep IE/FF closed

See if the software allows you to add a google key this will allow you to do x number of searches per day

First of all...thank you to everyone for your help.

I'll start by trying one method at a time.

I stay in Indonesia...and I'm not sure if my ip address
is static or dynamic.

Either way, thanks for the advice...on my way
to get started.

Cheers,
