How to get back to study for Finals

These are my final exams in high school. I know that I only have a month left but when I try to study I don't have laser focus and after 10 mins I waste 1 hours just to procrastinate.

Ps- This is the most important exam in my life as of now as it's a gateway to all universities

stop asking questions on forums about how to study for starters and just sit there and stare at your stupid book. turn off all electronics and stare at your book write shit down on notecards with your actual hand and not notepad on your computer.

I know it's hard especially for gen z, but there's such thing as a pen and paper I know it sounds crazy but i promise its true good-luck in life.

Turn your internet off, turn your phone off (and hand it over to your mom until the exam ends), turn every fucking thing off that might be a distraction.

I want you to push yourself in the corner and give yourself no choice but to study and succeed.

Maybe treat yourself with something by putting some milestones, like, complete one chapter and you get to eat a chocolate. Or whatever you like. Maybe don't have dinner until you complete xxx number of chapters (you decide how the number).

Or like, buy yourself a good phone/laptop ONLY if you get 90%+ marks.

That way, you'd actually love to focus and not be distracted.

Limiting yourself to achieve self-validation helps.

Indeed. Don't get your rewards so much that you'd lack the stamina to study for next chapters/subjects.
