Hello all, this is going to be quiet the long instructional article; however, if you enjoy what you read, thanks will definitely be a plus!

I used to be a Platinum Powerseller on eBay up until last year. I was pushing through anywhere from 2000 to 5000 USD in volume a week and having the time of my life... I was suspended when a Chinese rival decided to go in under a new account and flag multiple auctions, which in return got me suspended... And Yes you can do that :)...

Anyways, follow my instructions below and you should be able to create a new eBay account without having to get a new Tax ID and all that crap everyone ever says...

1- If you are using the same computer you have used before, my recommendation is to clean it out. I would recommend wiping out the computer and re-installing your operating system, that way any cookies or spyware from third parties are indefinitly removed...

2- Change your IP address! Yes, you can't use the same IP address to log onto your new eBay account or you will be linked by their computers and shut down within 24 hours. Changing your IP address is vital, and most likely your only way to stay off their radars for the days to come.

3- After you have done both, signup with gmail. I use them because they disable images and that way eBay is not able to stuff your computer.

4- Use Mozilla and not Internet explorer... Make deleting cookies off of your computer your religion, as you will always need to do it to keep their third party cookies from sniffing your ass.

5- Go to your local Giant Gas Station and purchase a $25 VCC, or if you can buy a cheaper one on the net, get one as long as you are able to change the address information and name on it...

6- Go to your local post office and purchase a small 6 month PO Box, that should only cost you like 16 USD for that time frame.

7- Go to radioshack, and purchase a prepaid cell phone... Should only cost you 10 bucks and don't buy extra minutes.

Now the signup process...

1- Go to eBay with your fresh new computer and new IP address...

2- Register under a fictitious name, never use your older name or anything even close to it.

3- For address use the PO Box address.

4- Now you want to sign up as a seller... So go through the process and for the credit card, add the name and address you used on the sign up and give them the credit card information. They will run the card to Verify your address and that should go through smoothly.

5- Now when you try to sell your first item, you will need to have either PayPal or a Merchant account... I highly recommend getting your own merchant account! Why? Because PayPal will ask you for your social security number within the first 2 months by limiting your account. If you give them that social, guess what? BAM your linked and your new account is shut down...

6- Sign up with a Merchant account. Now eBay will need you to fax them a Merchant account invoice. Anything that proves that this is your merchant account under that factious name... USE YOUR IMAGINATION to get around that, should be self explanatory what to do there :p...

7- Get your Merchant account approved and start slowly! Don't start selling hard until you have hit at least 30 days and you have reached well over 25 feed backs! Sell stuff around your house, small stuff... Ship them fast, get that positive feedback...

8 When you list your first item, a phone call will be made to you to confirm your number. Answer your prepaid mobile phone, punch in the numbers they give you and GO YOU!

Now if you want to use PayPal, you can do the same exact thing as eBay, but for the Bank account, you can use any bank account even if it is yours as long as it was never used in the past on eBay or PayPal...

I know you will ask me: Well, won't they know it is me if I give them my bank account?

NO, they can't, they can only have you verify it... Now you can use that PayPal account to purchase items from eBay with PayPal to gain some positives and in return always get paid with your Merchant account...

If you do this correctly, you can be on eBay for the next 1000 years, even if you get banned...

I am not giving you this information to conduct any legal activity... This is just for those who earn their living on eBay and lost their business due to the monkey's decision to ban you for no reason... Good luck!

Even though this info has been given time and time again..great info.

Thanks Given

well everyone usually fails to tell you that if you sign up with PayPal to get paid you will be shut down within months if not weeks if you are a big seller... PayPal will only be good if you are a small seller, otherwise think about going with a merchant account... There are many tricks in the book to get paid on eBay even with Google Checkout.. I can help anyone out with that... PM me for more help guys... There is information that you must keep from the public because you never know who is watching this forum :)... Good luck to you all!

is complicated

why dont sell item and tell your friend that had ebay feedback to buying your item
with your money

Good Info, But all you need to do is contact ebay, and provide them a copy of a utility bill, or some bill sent to your address, plus a copy of your drivers license. Thats all thats required and they will reinstate your account. Theres somthing your leaving out...Probably got flagged either by VERO or were selling counterfeit items...which happend to me as well, and all i had to do was do exactly what i just said and they reinstated my account...

carryout, I used to sell OEM products, nothing to do with VERO... Ask around and see how many got re-instated after sending that information? Probebly 10 percent lol... I got suspended because I had the word Samsung in my auction lol... Just for mentioning a company you can get suspended... I never sold counterfeits or vero items... I had over 4000 feedbacks all at 99.5% positive... Good luck!

Actually theres alot left out, however...good info all the same, but flash cookies, new windows users...never delete flash cookies...alot of B.S i made a post like this maybe a week ago...but like i said...its a contribution...gotta give the man credit he was a powerseller.

You need to be Specific....after sending what information? OEM products or not it still has brand names and VERO will flag your auctions for anything they believe to be counterfeit or replica....plain and simple...even if they have no proof they still can flag you. You don't get suspended for mentioning the name, its for violation of trademark infringement and copyright laws either because you are violating Ebays T.O.S or because they have reason to believe, whether they have proof or not they have legal right to flag anyone they believe to be infringing on their rights, and by federal law ebays required to remove it....and for vero items theres no such thing...VERO= manufacturers that have the rights to the products in which individuals sell, so thats basically everything....

I got banned for having a stock picture.....and they had no proof whatsoever that I was selling illegitimate items...

EDIT: by the way if you sold 2-5k weekly as you claim you did, You would have made 96k-240k...thats platinum powerseller.

Mann ebay are idiots...normally when that happens u prolly logged in the account with a proxie or something that flags the account and they think some 3rd party accessed it...normally what they ask u to do is log in your account, answer your secret questions and change your email address...ebay there idiots.

WANTED TO GIVE AN UPDATE TO THE ABOVE, AS IT WAS WRITTEN IN 2008.
My Video Version:
hxxp://youtu.be/Xzyp7j81lhw

(Change the hxxp to http... )
I have tons of experience doing this over the last 5 years.

These are my updates to the above steps (not every step revised):

1. You don't have to wipe the computer or reinstall windows. All you need to do is create a new "PC User" account, which is very easy. Just click Start Button on the bottom left and click "Control Panel". And then create a "User Account".

2. In the old days, it was very easy to just get into your modem/router and change the MAC Address to get a new IP or to release the IP and often get a new one. Today, its not so easy.. But, maybe you can still do it.. If so, try to get into the modem's software and relase the IP, or if there is an option to change the MAC Address, just put in random numbers and it will reset your IP.

However, if you can not do such a thing, or when you do it, you keep ending up with the same IP, the best route is to just get a new Modem/Router. To do so, just call up your cable provider and tell them you need a replacement. And you can go into the local office (Comcast/Verizon/Etc) and get it replaced.

3. See original post at top of page..

4. It does not matter if you use Mozilla or Internet Explorer, if you are on a new PC User account. Every time you create a new Ebay/Paypal, just create a new PC User account on your computer, and its like having a new computer.

5. You can buy VCC (virtual credit cards) or VBA (virtual bank accounts) online now. One site is by the name of Aspkin. You can get them for around $15 to $25.

6. I suggest people get a mail box, rather than a PO Box. Such as PakMail or some other (UPS Store, etc).

WHEN GOING TO CREATE THE ACCOUNT:

1. I actually start with the Paypal first, as it is simpler that way.. You can attach your bank account to it, and then register your ebay with your Paypal. This gets you to be confirmed quicker.

2. To be on the more legal and legit side, just use a different spelling of your name. Its not a crime to change the spelling of your name, of course..

3. - 8. Same idea.. Wisest to do a merchant business account. You could even go get an EIN (Employer Identification Number) and use that.. Try to keep the sales down so they don't do that 200 sales or $20,000 dollars of revenue thing (asking for proof of who you are). You could just get buy with the EIN. But, it maybe wise to have more than one Paypal account so you can spread the business over multiple accounts.
