Try doing a password reset, I don't know more based on the info you gave.
If it's 1st login they would want you to enter a phone number but no code is needed, don't know how to bypass that one.
If a code is needed, wait it out, your account goes read-only and you have a link to appeal where you can say you lost access/don't receive a code.

if you do not have the phone number you need to go to the help center and search for the forgot password and will show you option about the 2fa and the log in via phone number, you need to fill that form and they will help you, so far that will be the only option to recover acces besides recovering the phone number.
