Hello.

I need to get approval on one campaign but I don't have website with content. I don't need to create website, but I need to get approved to keywords.

1) How to get approved with domain, but without content (I don't want to write articles about it)

2) Can I set traffic to Youtube video or hubpage ?

Would be impossible to get approved without a "proper web URL".

You can send traffic to Youtube, Hubpage or Facebook page - its allowed.

Yeah. I created Video in Youtube and create campaign but was not approved.

Anyone help me ?

Why didnt it get approved? What was the email they sent you during disapproval of your ads?

Actually I think you tube video is ok; but you said you did it but still not getting approval. therefore please try again with another video and this time if it is possible then from another id. hope this time you may get it. Otherwise article writing would be best.

Your landing page must has content inside else you can not pass google landing page policy.

you can write a hub, relevent to some keywords and adds on adwords.
easiest way to get approved
